Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the game DnQ (the “Game”). By downloading the Game, creating an account, or continuing to play, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
1 · Age requirement
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are not created for that age group. If you are under 18, you may use the Game only with the knowledge and permission of your parent or guardian, and in-app purchases may be made only with their consent. By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2 · Your account
- The Game can be played by signing in with Google or as a guest. In guest mode your save is stored only on the device you are using; if the app is uninstalled, its data is cleared, or you change devices, the save cannot be recovered. We recommend linking a Google account to protect your progress.
- Each user should hold a single account. Transferring, selling, renting or sharing an account is not permitted.
- Player names are unique within the Game and visible to other players. Names that are insulting, obscene, discriminatory or sexual in nature, that impersonate another person or organisation, or that are otherwise misleading may be changed or removed.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place on your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, please tell us immediately at the contact address below.
3 · Licence to use the Game
You are granted a personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not mean the Game itself is sold to you.
The following are not permitted:
- Attempting to access the Game's source code, reverse-engineering the Game, modifying it, or distributing a modified version.
- Sending requests to the Game's servers using automated tools, scripts, or any route other than the Game's own interface.
- Using cheat software, automation (bots), memory editors or similar tools to obtain progress, gold, items, leaderboard points or purchasable content.
- Exploiting a bug or vulnerability for your own benefit instead of reporting it.
- Using the leaderboard, friend or guild systems in a misleading way, or transferring points or items between multiple accounts.
- Flooding the Game with requests or otherwise attempting to disrupt or damage the service.
4 · Interacting with other players
The Game includes social features such as a friend list, guild chat, a guild announcement board, raid parties, duels and player guidance. Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, advertising, attempted fraud, and sharing another person's personal data are all prohibited in these areas.
We are not responsible for content posted by other players. If you see a violation, please use the report button inside the Game; reports are reviewed, and where necessary content is removed or the account concerned is sanctioned.
5 · Virtual items and in-game currency
Items, gold, experience, leaderboard points, season tiers and every similar element inside the Game are digital content valid only within the Game. These elements:
- do not correspond to real money or to any real-world value;
- are not your property — you hold only a right to use them inside the Game;
- may not be sold, traded or converted into money outside the Game;
- may be changed, reduced or removed for the sake of game balance.
The Game is balanced on an ongoing basis. The strength of an item, the effect of a skill, the size of a reward or a drop rate may change over time. Such changes do not in themselves give rise to a right to a refund or to compensation.
6 · In-app purchases
The Game offers purchasable content. All payments are processed through Google Play; your card details are never passed to us at any stage. The price and content that apply are those shown on Google Play at the moment of purchase.
Purchased content is added to your account once the payment is confirmed. Season-bound content is valid only for the season concerned; when a season ends, rewards you have already earned remain on your account, but season progress is reset and expired content is not reissued.
Right of withdrawal: in-app purchases are digital content performed electronically and delivered to you immediately. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, purchases of this kind carry no right of withdrawal. By confirming a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and to the loss of your right of withdrawal. If the consumer law of your country of residence grants you a broader right, that law applies.
Refunds: refund requests are handled through Google Play, the store that processed the payment, and under Google's refund policy. If content you purchased was not added to your account, or you ran into a technical problem, you may also write to us at the contact address below and we will look into it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this clause.
7 · Question content and third-party works
The Game's questions are general-knowledge questions about books, films, series and games. References to those works are made solely for the purpose of identification and quizzing. We have no connection with, or partnership with, the rights holders of those works, and we hold no endorsement from them; all trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
If you find an error, a factual mistake or an infringement in a question, please use the report question button inside the Game or write to us at the contact address below. Reported questions are reviewed and, where needed, corrected or removed from the pool.
8 · Content you create
Player names, guild names and tags, guild announcements, guild chat messages and the bug reports you send us are created by you. You are responsible for that content, and you confirm that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
So that we can display, store and moderate that content, you grant us a royalty-free licence limited to operating the Game. This licence does not cover the use of your content for marketing. Content that breaches these terms may be removed without prior notice.
9 · Availability and changes to the service
The Game is an online service. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure faults, or causes attributable to our service providers. We give no undertaking that the Game will run without interruption or without error.
We reserve the right to change the Game's content, features and balance, to add new features and to remove existing ones. Should the Game be shut down entirely, we will announce it inside the Game and on this website a reasonable time in advance, as far as that is possible.
10 · Suspension and closure of accounts
If these terms are breached, your account may be warned, suspended temporarily, or closed permanently. Depending on the severity of the breach, items, gold and leaderboard points obtained by cheating may be taken back.
Where an account is closed for a breach of the rules, no refund is made for purchases already completed. If you believe a sanction has been applied in error, you may appeal at the contact address below and your appeal will be reviewed.
You may close your account yourself at any time via Settings → Delete My Account. If you cannot reach the Game, use the account deletion request form. Deletion cannot be undone and covers all game data attached to the account.
11 · Intellectual property
The rights in the Game's name, logo, interface, 3D assets, music, text and software belong to us or to our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the Game; they do not give you ownership of, or a licence to, those elements. You are free to use screenshots, video and audio from the Game for personal purposes such as streaming, reviews and social media.
12 · Limitation of liability
The Game is provided as it stands. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of in-game items arising from your use of the Game.
This clause does not in any way limit or exclude liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights.
13 · Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
14 · Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the update date on this page is revised. Significant changes are also announced inside the Game. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the current text. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account.
15 · Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in your locality, subject to the monetary thresholds set out in Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection. These terms do not remove any rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, please write to us at the contact address below before turning to formal proceedings; most issues are resolved that way.
