Account Deletion Request

If you can still reach the game, you do not need this form.

You can delete your account directly, instantly and permanently from inside the game via Settings → Delete My Account. This form is only for users who cannot reach the game.

Please enter the email address used on your account. Once your request reaches us, we verify your identity and then delete your account together with all game data attached to it. Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest. Deletion cannot be undone.
